Built on a "Zero-Trust" Security Model

Traditional brand-protection systems have a major flaw: they store lists of valid QR codes directly in an online database. If a hacker breaks into their database, they can steal those codes, print them on thousands of fake boxes, and bypass security entirely.

Genuprod works differently. We operate under a Zero-Trust Model. This means we design our software under the assumption that databases will face hacking attempts.

Instead of storing lists of valid codes, our system uses advanced mathematical keys to verify codes on-the-fly. Even if a hacker steals our entire database, they cannot create a single valid product label. Your data remains completely useless to counterfeiters.

Smart Match Technology (On-The-Fly Verification)

We pack our security into a tiny 32-character code. This keeps your printed QR codes clean and easy to scan. We don't use long, messy URLs that confuse phone cameras.

What Happens When a Customer Scans:

Look Up the Product:
The system automatically reads the product ID from the QR code to ensure the item actually exists in your active run history.

The Smart Secret Check:
Our server takes that product info and runs it through a secret mathematical lock. If a counterfeiter guessed a random code or copied a label layout, the math immediately fails.

Final Verdict:
If the code is real and unscanned, the customer gets a green success badge. If it's a duplicated fake, an immediate warning pops up right on their phone screen.

IP Tracking & Rate Limiting

Real consumers only scan a few codes at a time. If a hacker tries to run a computer script to test thousands of fake combinations rapidly, our system tracks their internet address (IP) and blocks them instantly after many rapid attempts.

Secure SSL Connections

Every single scan, page load, and data interaction is heavily encrypted using standard SSL (HTTPS) bank-level security. Data moving between the consumer's phone and our server cannot be intercepted or modified.

We ensure that your private dashboard—where you manage your packaging runs and check authentic scans—is completely locked down from unauthorized corporate access or human mistakes.

Staff Dashboard Security

Mandatory 2FA Login:
2FA (2-Factor Verification) can be enabled for any account. Password theft alone is not enough to break in.
Role-Based Security:
Factory printing partners or standard users can only generate and download label files. Nobody gets unnecessary access.
Permanent Activity Audit:
Every file download, login, or batch creation is permanently recorded in a database log that cannot be edited or deleted by any user.
